Fuel Sur-Charge

With fuel prices fluctuating up and down so sporadically over the past several years, Vin Lux is implementing the following Fuel Sur-charge Program.

Using the below Matrix, every month we'll adjust the sur-charge according to the US DOE California average (based on the average of the prior month). That % will be inplace for the following 4 weeks. You can access the US DOE average on their website at www.eia.doe.gov.
